Pa. American Water donates to LaRosa club in memory of Rep. Gergely

A ceremonial check presentation gathered local elected officials to the McKeesport-based youth club.

The late state Rep. Matt Gergely was remembered Wednesday as Pennsylvania American Water donated to the McKeesport LaRosa Youth Club in his memory.

Pennsylvania American Water donated $20,000 in memory of Gergely to recognize his contributions to the McKeesport community and the LaRosa club.

LaRosa Club CEO Jim Barry Jr. said Gergely frequently helped the club.
