Joyce A. Parks, 77, of North Belle Vernon, passed away on Friday, April 18, 2025, in Jefferson Regional Medical Center. A daughter of the late William P. and Anna Fike McGavitt Sr., she was born in Charleroi on May 15, 1947. Protestant by faith and a lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Joyce enjoyed crocheting afghans, hats and gloves. She also enjoyed cooking and baking her famous buns. Joyce was a certified nursing assistant at Manor Care in Bethel Park for 17 years and had several other jobs. ...
