Fred Bills has been on a mission to clean up his hometown since returning from San Diego.

“Isn’t he something!” yells Sandy Tressler from her front porch in McKeesport as she watches her brother clean litter from their street on a crisp, breezy spring day.

With a big black garbage bag in hand and looking years younger than his actual age of 68, Fred Bills clicked open his grabbers to pick up broken glass and other trash and got to work.
