McKeesport man fights litter one trash bag at a time

Fred Bills has been on a mission to clean up his hometown since returning from San Diego.

“Isn’t he something!” yells Sandy Tressler from her front porch in McKeesport as she watches her brother clean litter from their street on a crisp, breezy spring day.
