Robert L. Francesconi, 86, of La Porte, Ind., passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. He was born on July 7, 1938, in Elizabeth to the late Gino and Beatrice Kasslar Fran cesconi. Robert retired as a production supervisor with National Steel in Portage, Ind., after 38 years of service. He previously worked at U.S. Steel-Irvin Works in West Mifflin.
