Christopher E. Waggoner, 31, of Monongahela, died unexpectedly Thursday, April 3, 2025, in his home. He was born Dec. 3, 1993, in Monongahela, the son of the late Christopher E. and Kathleen Marie Vanpool Waggoner. Chris was a 2011 graduate of Ringgold High School. He was a very caring person who had a huge heart. He loved animals, being outdoors, gaming and watching cooking shows. He also enjoyed going to the casino and playing poker.
