Donora employees to learn more about the legalities of recording

A class is offered through the Washington County District Attorney’s office.

Donora police officers and officials will take a class about what to do when someone is recording them. The class will focus on the rights of the person recording and the rights of the person being recorded.

Council President Cindy Brice said someone from the Washington County District Attorney’s office offers the class, and she’d like officers and borough office workers to hear about the laws.
