Linda L. Hartley Collins, 81, of Belle Vernon, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, March 21, 2025. Born Dec. 13, 1943, in Washington, Pa., she was the daughter of the late John and Rose Vargo Hartley. A beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister, Linda leaves behind a legacy of kindness.
