Virginia “Ginny” Marie Crea (Panepinto), 84, of Cary, N.C., peacefully passed away March 8, 2025, at UNC Rex Hospital in Raleigh after a short illn ess. She was born July 1, 1940, in Monessen, to Anthony and Christina Panepinto. She graduated from Monessen High School, Class of ’58, and lived there most of her life.
