Judith M. Garland Strang, 84, of Spring Hill, Fla., passed away on March 2, 2025, at Ta m p a General Hospital Spring Hill. Born in McK eesport on April 17, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Sandusky Garland. Formerly of Webster, Judy has resided in Spring Hill with her husband, Melvin, for 25 years.
