• James Albert Anthony, 57, of Monongahela was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from an alleged incident Thursday, court records state. Anthony is being held in the Washington County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Eric Porter’s set for 10 a.m. March 13.
