• Shawn Dale Taylor, 52, of Pittsburgh was charged with knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled or counterfeit substance by a person not registered, use/ possession of drug paraphernalia and loitering and prowling at night time stemming from an alleged incident Monday, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Eric Porter is scheduled for 11 a.m. March 6.

• Jason Terill Allen, 47, of Donora was charged with simple assault, two counts of disorderly conduct and eight summary driving violations stemming from an alleged incident Feb. 14, court records state.

• Yolanda Joseph-Jacobs, 57, of Donora was charged with resisting arrest, obstructing administration of law, two counts of disorderly conduct, harassment and defiant trespassing stemming from an alleged incident Feb. 16, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson is scheduled for 1 p.m. April 9.
