Richard Andrew Dubinsky – Rostraver Township, Fellsburg

ROSTRAVER TOWNSHIP Richard Andrew Dubinsky, 71, of Rostraver Township, Fellsburg, passed away peacefully Saturday, Jan. 18, 2025. Rich was born on Dec. 7, 1953, in North Charleroi, the son of the late Joseph and Ann Nogy Dubinsky and stepmother Irene Trappen Dubinsky. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Mr. Dubinsky was Catholic by faith and a retired director of operations from PDS Industries in Irwin. He was a member of the Pricedale Russian Club and Naomi Athletic Club. Rich enjoyed spending time at his camp with his family and singing along with his juke box. He spent many years coaching and watching his daughters play sports and enjoyed watching his grandchildren compete in multiple sports. He is survived by his loving wife, Debby Blair Dubinsky, to whom he would have been married 53 years on Feb. 19; two daughters and a son-in-law, Rayann Dubinsky of Belle Vernon, and Allyson and Jeff Lee of Belle Vernon; four grandchildren, Cody and Cailey Menges, Casey Menges and Cameron Frolo, Colton Lee and Saylor Lee; great-granddaughter, Cecilia Menges; brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Donna Dubinsky of Franklin; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Danny Ray and Tess Blair of Belle Vernon; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Mike Battista. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS LLC, family owned and operated, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-9296183. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
