Belle Vernon Rotarians honored for contributions

Jim Blair was recently honored by the Belle Vernon Rotary Club and Rotary Foundation for becoming the club’s first major foundation donor. Blair honored nine members of his family as Paul Harris Fellows. The Paul Harris Award is the Rotary Foundation’s way of expressing its appreciation for a substantial contribution to its humanitarian and educational programs.
