• Robert Marshall III, 25, of Pittsburgh was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment, carrying a firearm without a license, two counts of the manufacture, deliver or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and two counts of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled or counterfeit substance after an alleged incident Friday, court records state.
