• Brianna Mae Smith, 40, address unknown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and six counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from an alleged incident Wednesday, court records state. Smith is being held in Washington County Jail unable to post $10,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled 11:15 a.m. Dec. 5 before Magisterial District Judge Phillippe Melograne.
