Rostraver Elementary students create caring cards

First-graders in Melissa Withrow’s art class at Rostraver Elementary School display Thanksgiving cards they made as part of the “Caring Cards for Meals on Wheels” project being sponsored by the Belle Vernon Rotary Club. The cards are distributed to the meal recipients hoping to brighten their day. Other area schools and preschools are participating and more holidays will be featured. Submitted
