PHRC asks Charleroi residents to find community in one another

Representatives from the organization stopped there Thursday on a statewide tour.

During a visit to Charleroi Thursday, representatives from the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission asked residents to use the government organization as a resource and to find community in each other despite differences.
