Metal detectors coming to BVA Middle School

Superintendent Timothy Glasspool said they will eventually be placed in other facilities as well.

Metal detectors will be placed at Belle Vernon Area Middle School, Superintendent Timothy Glasspool said after Monday’s board meeting.

They will be installed next month as the start of a district- wide safety initiative.
