Mary Louise Magiske – Rostraver Township

ROSTRAVER TOWNSHIP Mary Louise Magiske, 86, of Rostraver Township, died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2024. Born in Elrama on Jan. 11, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Mary Chasko Pecsi. Mary Lou worked as an executive assistant in the medical field. She was a member of the Church of St. Anne in Rostraver Township and the Confraternity of Christian Mothers of the church. She is survived by her loving husband, John Magiske; sister, Connie Alfonsi of Pittsburgh; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Virginia “Ginger” Urban. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at JAMES C. Family and friends are asked to meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Church of St. Anne for a funeral Mass with the Rev. Roselo Melloria presiding. A private family interment will be held following the Mass.
