Last week: The Leopards fell to South Fayette, 27-14; The Jaguars crushed West Mifflin, 35-7.

Belle Vernon: The Leopards are still beat up, but one source of production has been Kole Doppelheuer. He has three interceptions, returning another for a touchdown last week. Look for BVA to try to get the ball in the hands of Anthony Crews more.

TJ: RB Tyler Eber sits No. 8 in the WPIAL with over 700 yards. Jaguars QB Luke Kosko has thrown for over 800 yards and 11 touchdowns this season. Wide receiver Brayden White is averaging over 17 yards per catch and is Kosko’s top target when he drops back.

South Allegheny (4-1, 1-1) at Ligonier Valley (2-3, 1-1) 7 p.m.

Last week: The Gladiators dropped their first game of the season, 48-38, to South Park; The Rams lost to OLSH, 28-7.

SA: Will the Gladiators have Cam Epps back this week? Drew Cook leads the WPIAL in receiving with just under 700 yards. Ryan Cortes has crossed 1,000 yards on the season. Tyreek Chatman had three touchdowns last week.

LV: John Jablunovsky had the lone TD for the Rams last week with a 65-yard run to start off the scoring. He’s rushed for over 700 yards. Mark Jablunovsky is the team’s leading receiver. Bowie Schreyer has thrown nine interceptions on the season.
