• David Mosley, 37, of Mt. Pleasant was charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct stemming from an alleged incident July 13, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Eric Porter is scheduled for 11 a.m. Oct. 24.

• Grover Lewis Behanna, 68, of Monessen was charged with simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct engaging in fighting, reckless driving and careless driving after an alleged incident Sept. 19, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Wayne Vlasic is scheduled for 9:45 a.m. Nov. 15.

• David Baughman, 44, of Belle Vernon was charged with DUI and restrictions on alcoholic beverages after an alleged incident Tuesday, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Vlasic is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Nov. 22.

• Cailee Johnson-Bristol, 23, of Monessen was charged with two counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of receiving stolen property, two counts of theft by deception and criminal conspiracy after an alleged incident Sept. 10, court records state.

• Stephanie Marie Ives, 35, residence unknown was charged with two counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of receiving stolen property, two counts of theft by deception and criminal conspiracy after an alleged incident Sept. 10, court records state.
