Anthony Alexander Mascetta

MONONGAHELA, FORMERLY OF MONESSEN

Anthony Alexander Mascetta, 58, of Monongahela, formerly of Monessen, passed away unexpect-edly on Thurs day, May 16, 2024. He was born on March 26, 1966, in North Charleroi, son of the late Anthony J. Mascetta Sr. and Adelina (Sacco) Mascetta, who survives. He was a 1984 graduate of Monessen High School and worked for many years for Ferro Corporation as a Lab Technician. He was a social member of the Belle Vernon American Legion. In addition to his mother, he is survived by, two brothers, Joseph (Kim) Mascetta of Pleasant Hills and Michael (Alena) Mascetta of Redondo Beach, Calif.; three sisters, Adelina Mascetta of Oakdale, Pa., Mary Ann (Michael) Kohler of Upper St. Clair and Angela Fuoco of Monessen; uncle, Joe (Clara) Sacco; aunt, Julia Cain; five nephews, Andrew (Jen) Fuoco, Joseph (Kristin) Fuoco, Christopher Mascetta, David Kohler and Alex Kohler; niece, Claire Kohler; greatniece, Izabella Boyd; two great-nephews, Henry and Oliver Fuoco; and numerous cousins. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Angela and Fiore Sacco; paternal grandparents, Carmella and Giuseppe Mascetta; and his brother-in-law, Robert Fuoco. Friends were received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, May 19, 2024, at DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen. Services will be held Monday, May 20, 2024, beginning in the funeral home with a blessing service at 9:30 a.m. followed by a 10 a.m. Mass at Epiphany of our Lord Church with the Rev. Michael J. Crookston officiating. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
