Michael D. Dulac Sr., 76, of Monongahela, passed away on May 9, 2024, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born in North Charleroi on March 3, 1948, son of the late Mitchell L. Jr. and Mary “Bea” Walker Dulac. After graduating from Donora High School in 1966, Denny attended Memphis State University on a football scholarship. On May 9, 1973, he married his wife, Christy Long Dulac. He then began working at U.S. Steel – Irvin Works as a shipper until his retirement in 2013. Catholic by faith, Denny enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Michael Dulac Jr. and wife Lisa of Charleroi; three daughters, Pamela Baxter (Mike) of Charleroi; Melissa Stalnaker of Richmond, Va., and Michele Hennen and husband John of Vanderbilt; a sister, Darlene (William) Miller of Carroll Township; nine grandchildren, Casey (Carl) Hartman, Matthew Baxter, Sarah Haddon, Alexa, John and Troy (Laney) Hennen, Phoebe Wentzell and Taylor and Tanner Kennedy; a great-granddaughter, Graylynn Ann Hennen; along with several nieces and nephews.
