Jack Glenn Bridge Sr. – Monessen

Jack Glenn Bridge Sr., 91, of Monessen, went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 10, 2024, at Residence at Hilltop. He was born on Feb. 10, 1933, in Pricedale, son of the late Demetrius and Louise Kellaway Bridge. Jack was a self-employed independent truck driver for numerous years. He served his country in the United States Army. Jack was a member of Calvary Bible Church of Charleroi. Jack enjoyed nature, hunting and gardening. He was also an accomplished woodworker and leaves his legacy of doing so with those for whom he had made furniture and decorative items. Jack was a dedicated family man who loved his family. Surviving are his wife, RoseAnn Bertola Bridge; son, Jack Bridge Jr.; daughter, Jill Wurmlinger and husband Dan; son, Jay and wife Christine Bridge; grandchildren, Joshua (Chelsea) Bridge, Jesse Bridge, Ian Bridge, Samantha (Roger) Bridge, Rachel (Colt) McKelvey, David Wurmingler, Andrew Wurmlinger, Sarah (Andrew) Butterworth, Aaron (Billie Jo) Bridge, Adam Bridge, Jacob Bridge and Elizabeth Bridge; great-grandchildren, Jedediah Bridge, Julian Bridge, Jeremiah Bridge, Rose McKelvey, Mae McKelvey, Knox McKelvey, Jane Butterworth, Harvey Butterworth, Faelyn Bridge, Benjamin Bridge, Tanner Weber and Anakin Weber; siblings, Peg Cheloc, Bob (Marge) Bridge, Donald (Barb) Bridge and Helen Post. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Joel Bridge; brother, Joe Bridge; and sisters, Jean Robinson, Lorraine Maiolini and Patti Bryner. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to RHOME FUNERAL HOME INC., 1209 Grand Blvd., Monessen, where friends will be welcomed from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday. Funeral services will be held at Calvary Bible Church of Charleroi at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
