Help available for flooding victims

Mon Valley residents who fell victim to heavy rains and flooding last month could receive help in the form of a low-interest loan through the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Last week, the state received approval from the SBA to make financial aid available in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Washington and Westmoreland counties s a result of the flooding that took place April 11 and 12.
