Traffic signal installed at fatal crash site

A temporary traffic light was installed Thursday in Dravosburg at the intersection of Richland Avenue and Fifth Street where 15-year-old Samantha Kalkbrenner died in a September crash.

William Soliday crashed his Volkswagen Jetta into a Serra Catholic van at 107 mph, which resulted in the death of Samantha Kalkbrenner, police said. Soliday has been in Allegheny County Jail without bail since he was arrested in December.
