Charleroi Borough councilman claims job interviews were mishandled

With summer fast approaching and spring flowers in bloom, a list of projects continues to grow for Charleroi’s street department.
While the borough attempted to be ahead of the game in filling two full-time positions for summer help, no decision has been made.
