Charles R. ‘Chuck’ Buza – Rostraver Township

Charles R. “Chuck” Buza, 69, of Rostraver Township, died Sunday, April 28, 2024. Born in Pittsburgh on Oct. 3, 1954, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary Makosey Buza. Chuck was the owner of the former Mon Valley Coach Works. He had a passion for cars and really enjoyed drag racing, motorcycles and boating. He was also a member of the National Hot Rod Association. He is survived by his wife, Susan E. Sholtis Buza; sons, Joseph (Racheal) Buza of California and Christopher (Kathryn) Buza of Butler; grandchildren, Olivia Buza, Erica Buza, Joey Buza and Benjamin Buza; brothers, Alan J. (Debi) Buza of Fairhope, David J. (Linda) Buza of Houston, Texas; and Richard L. (Carol) Buza of West Newton.   Friends will be received from 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday at JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com. A funeral service will be held at 5 p.m. with Pastor Donald T. Glunt officiating.
