Michael J. Levkulich Jr. – Fredericktown, Pa.

Michael J. Levkulich Jr., 44, of Fredericktown, Pa., passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in UPMC Shadyside Hospital after a brief illness. Mr. Levkulich was born Feb. 13, 1981, in Staten Island, N.Y., son of the late Michael Sr. and Diane Ball Levkulich. Michael was a graduate of Beth Center High School. He was employed as a correctional officer for many years. Mike was a former member of the Denbo Vesta Volunteer Fire Department and was well known for having a knack for selling tickets. Always quick to crack a joke, he also enjoyed working on cars, wrestling and taking his children hunting and fishing. He was also a dedicated father, always looking after his family. On Sept. 22, 2001, he married Amy Bly Levkulich, who survives. Surviving in addition to his wife are four children, Adam Bly, Noah Levkulich, Gabriel Heimlich and Michael Levkulich III, all of Fredericktown; mother-in-law, Lea Ann Bly, also of Fredericktown; sister-in-law, Natalie Collin (Nixon) of Charleroi; and niece, Isabelle Collin of Charleroi. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Ten Mile Park, 128 Maple Road, Clarksville, PA 15322.
