Anne E. Vargo Yohe, 87, of Rostraver Township, died Friday, April 19, 2024. Born in North Charleroi on March 14, 1937, she was the daughter of the late William and Margaret McDonough Randall. Anne was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed cooking, traveling, reading and working puzzles. She had a special love for Elvis Presley. She is survived by her children, Louise “Cis” (Ted) Horrell of Belle Vernon, Karen (Brian) Carr of Belle Vernon and Michael (Erin) Vargo of Monroeville; daughter-in-law, Sharon Vargo of Belle Vernon; step-children, Kenny (Jackie) Yohe of Bentleyville, Debbie (Herbert) Moller of State College, Linda (Bill) Wolfgang of Jefferson Hills and Pamela (Stanley) Kevech of Charleroi; grandchildren, Alison (Jon) Ducoli, Aimee (Josh) Gillingham, Kari Horrell (Henry), Garrett (Cassie) Horrell, George Vargo II, Kala Vargo and Landon Carr; great-grandchildren, Nina, Paige, Mia, Alexa, Louanne, Josslyn, Belle, Tyson and Bennett; great-great grandson, Malcom; and siblings, Sandra Fitzwater of Philadelphia, Phyllis (Rich) Stammitti of Akron, Ohio, Virginia Randall of Akron, Ohio, and Stephen (Angie) Randall of Alexandria, Va. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, George Vargo Sr.; second husband, Kent Yohe; son, George Vargo Jr.; sisters, Mary Kathryn Mannella and Margaret Alice Tatsch; and brothers, William Randall, James Randall and Joseph Randall. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday at JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com, where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday with Pastor Dennis Stitch officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The family would like to offer a special “Thank you” to Anne’s private nurses, Tami Puckey and Ruth Ann Farmer, for their loving and compassionate care.
