Flex period to be provided for Charleroi Area students

Charleroi Area middle and high school students will have a flex period starting next school year. Superintendent Dr. Ed Zelich said the flex period aligns well with insights provided by the preliminary results from the 2023 Pennsylvania Youth Survey.
