Homicide charges filed in shooting

A Donora resident is accused of fatally shooting one man and wounding another Saturday night outside a bar in West Elizabeth. Jacob Snyder, 26, of Donora was charged with homicide, attempted homicide and aggravated assault. Police said the incident occurred outside Beer Belly’s Bar & Grill.
