McKeesport Area board OKs sale of White Oak School

The McKeesport Area School Board approved the district’s sale of the former White Oak School Thursday to Velleo Companies for $200,000. According to the contract’s terms, the property’s buyer is listed as “LiveWell Company, LLC or assigns.”
