Coen Markets project OK’d in Carroll Twp.

Coen Markets/Coen Oil is continuing to move forward with constructing a new gas station, convenience store and restaurant in Carroll Township at Route 88 and 837 — despite continuous pushback from some residents since 2022. The Carroll Township Planning Commission recommended Thursday the approval of two applications — for consolidation of Coen’s two lots and further land development plans.
