Megan Christie Sapp – Belle Vernon

Megan Christie Sapp, 31, of Belle Vernon, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2024, at Allegheny General Hospital. She was born Dec. 14, 1992, in Washington, Pa., a daughter of Barbara (Kevin) McCuen Post of Monessen and Ray Sapp Jr. of Brandon, Miss. Megan graduated from Charleroi Area High School in 2011, and from the medical assisting program at Douglas Education Center in 2015. Megan used her gifts of empathy, patience, kindness and love for humankind as she worked taking care of others in their homes and care facilities. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Dominic, Tyler, Jerrold and Maelynn; siblings, Derek Sapp, Isaac (Kayla) and Baylee Post; grandparents, Cookie McCuen, Kevin and Toni Post; life partner, Kris Mastracci; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Megan was preceded in death by her grandparents, Donald McCuen and Ray “Bud” and Edna Sapp; stepmother, Rickann Sapp. Arrangements are private and have been entrusted to FRYE FUNERAL HOME INC.
