John B. ‘Brad’ ‘Spiderman’ Delaini – Belle Vernon formerly of Sewickley Township

John B. “Brad” “Spiderman” Delaini, 75, of Belle Vernon, formerly of Sewickley Township, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2024, at his home. Born Oct. 28, 1948, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late John G. and Mable E. Miller Delaini. John was Methodist by faith and was retired from Republic Steel, Clyde Mine, where he worked as a coal miner. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War where he served in the U.S. Army as a proud airborne paratrooper. He was a member of the Perryopolis VFW Goldstar Post 659, Smithton American Legion, and the Collinsburg German Club. He is survived by his son, Shawn Delaini of Belle Vernon; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Brett McGrath of Tarrs; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia L. and John Loos of Sinking Springs; and six grandchildren, Shelby Bryan, Emilee Stewart, Zack McGrath, Ethan Delaini, Sean Delaini and Zoey McGrath. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Brandi Delaini. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday followed by services at 11 a.m. at PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS, family owned and operated, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-6183.
