Traffic signal project to begin in Charleroi

It took more than six years, but Charleroi has received millions of dollars to help rehabilitate its traffic signals. In 2017, the borough learned that it had received a $6 million Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) grant to replace outdated signals.
