Flood chaos continues, but relief is in sight

Rain continued to come down Thursday throughout the Mon Valley, bringing flooding concerns to area communities for another day. PennDOT, along with various firefighters, police and other first responders helped victims of flooding and landslides as water levels peaked and then began to recede.
