Rostraver Township: PennDOT frustrations aired

Rostraver Township officials expressed their frustrations with PennDOT during a workshop meeting Wednesday where they discussed some of the ongoing projects in the township. One of the biggest projects is the Interstate 70 and Route 51 Diverging Diamond Interchange project, estimated  at $120.7 million, according to PennDOT press officer Laina Aquiline.
