Sewer rehab project may encounter obstacles

Mayor Ron Mozer outlined issues that have arisen with Phase 3 of the Monessen sewer rehabilitation project, as construction on Parente Boulevard may soon make its way past the railroad tracks adjacent to Donner Avenue and toward the Monongahela River. In a presentation before council last week, Mozer summarized the obstacles the project will face as it heads toward the river.
