State Supreme Court denies Pagans’ appeal

Pennsylvania’s highest court refused to hear the appeals of two members of the Pagans Motorcycle Club who were convicted in 2020 in the brutal assault of a former member in 2019. The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania denied a request by Matthew Vasquez and Joseph Olinsky III to hear their appeals in the 2019 beating of former Pagan Troy Harris April 18, 2019, at the Slovak Club in Charleroi. Harris was left with a traumatic brain injury.
