Lawrence captures fourth straight title

Rune Lawrence solidified his spot as one of the greatest high school wrestlers to come out of Pennsylvania when he claimed the fourth state title of his career Saturday. The Frazier senior became the 14th wrestler to win four PIAA titles — and the seventh to do so from the WPIAL — when he earned a 6-3 victory over Muncy’s Austin Johnson in the 215-pound Class 2A championship. Johnson was the defending state champion at 215.
