Mon/Yough Trail Council prepares for half marathon

Runners and bikers have flocked to the 150-mile Greater Allegheny Passage since 1978, and many have focused in recent years on a 15-mile section in Allegheny County. The Mon/Yough Trail Council, an all-volunteer nonprofit organization since 1991, will host its 11th annual spring fundraiser — the Boston Half Marathon/5K Run/Walk — April 13.
