Shaky Vulcans hold off Griffins

It was the best of times for California Pa. and the worst of times for Seton Hill Monday night as the Vulcans avoided a collapse with a 70-65 victory in the first round of the PSAC Women’s Basketball Championship to move onto the quarterfinals at IUP Wednesday night.
