Large sinkhole closes McKeesport street

Road crews responded to a large sinkhole on Versailles Avenue in McKeesport that opened up sometime Tuesday. According to the City of McKeesport Mayor’s Office Facebook page, Versailles Avenue is closed until further notice for sewage line repairs between Union Avenue and Coursin Street. There is no access to Martin Alley from Versailles Avenue. Union and Coursin remain open to traffic.
