City Salon has new owner and new name

City Salon — or Karen Wilson’s City Salon, as many people call it — has been a staple in the Mon Valley for 16 years, providing cuts, colors, prom updos and more to their loyal customers. But just like when it’s time to change it up with a new hairstyle, longtime City Salon owner Karen Wilson of Monongahela felt it was time for a big change in her life.
