Mary Beth Sciore Secleter – Belle Vernon

Mary Beth Sciore Secleter, 63, of Belle Vernon, passed away Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024, at AHN Jefferson Hospital in Jefferson Hills. Born Nov. 15, 1960, in North Charleroi, she was the daughter of the late Rocco L. Sciore Sr. and Catherine P. Tomalski Sciore. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Mary Beth was Catholic by faith and was a past member of Belle Vernon Borough Council. She was always on the hunt for a good shopping deal, was an amazing mother to all, spreading joy and love to everyone, and enjoyed taking care of her family. She is survived by her three children, Donna Secleter and fiancé Molly Diethorn of Pittsburgh, Steve and Katherine Secleter of Monessen, and Joseph L. Secleter of Pittsburgh; brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Jolene Sciore of Belle Vernon; nephews and niece, Rocco L. “Chief” Sciore III, Matt and Mikki Sciore; great-niece, Anna Sciore; and several fur babies. She was preceded in death by her brother, Rocco Sciore Jr. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday with funeral services held at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Michael J. Crookston of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church officiating at PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS LLC, family owned and operated, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-6183.
