Local student to work at Super Bowl LVIII

Roscoe resident Sydney Smichnick, a senior at Penn  State University, will travel to Las Vegas next week to do public relations work for the NFL leading up to the Super Bowl.  “I’m really excited. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” Smichnick said. “I’ve done a lot of things here on campus and outside of campus that have geared me up to doing this. And I feel like this is the next step.”
