Claudette A. Burich – New Eagle

Claudette A. Burich, 85, of New Eagle, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2024, in Jefferson Hospital. Claudette was born in Heidelberg, Pa., on Feb. 28, 1938, a daughter of the late Anatole and Alvina Caliguri Trenoff. A homemaker, she was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish in Monongahela. She loved to cook for her family and follow politics and current events in the world. She is survived by her son, Thomas G. Burich of Saint Petersburg, Fla.; a daughter, Lynda Beall of Monongahela; six grandchildren, Thomas J. (Ashley) Burich, Julie (Sean) Staffieri, Bonnie (Kyle) Califar, Maggie (Nick) Lucas and Melissa and Patrick Beall; seven great-grandchildren, Liam, Micah, Holly, Murphy, Andrew, Kathryn and Riley; as well as many nieces and nephews whom she adored. She was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Holly Burich, who passed away on Jan. 23, 2020; three brothers, Daniel, Ronald and Richard Trenoff; and a sister, Arlene Oates. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial Mass beginning at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 2, 2024, in St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, 722 W. Main St., Monongahela.
