Trash piling up, along with complaints

Trash is slowly being picked up from sidewalks, alleys and dumpsters in Mon Valley communities that claim they went weeks without sanitation service. Charleroi and Rostraver Township residents have been up in arms, claiming trash has piled around their homes, garbage is littering the street and dumpsters are overflowing behind businesses after delays in pick-up from Big’s Sanitation, sometimes for weeks at a time.
